Kobe Bryant is retiring after this year. It's sad but he says he's getting old and that it's time to hang it up. But it seems from night to night, from play to play, you never know what Kobe you're going to get. Am I going to get slam dunk Kobe? Or 3-18 shooting night Kobe. Will Kobe look like he should hang it up tomorrow? Or will he look like he could hang another 2-3 years. Well on Tuesday night we got every end of the spectrum. On one play in the third quarter Kobe ran down the court looking like my grandpa.
The very next play, he's making a perfect behind-the-back pass to Lou Williams in transition for an assist. All the while the Lakers are coming back from 20 points down to take the lead.
He's a gift and a curse. But no matter what, you can't stop watching the legend. For fun, he also had this nifty play earlier in the game. Long live the Mamba.
